Celebrate your heart! Run or walk our first ever "Run your heart out 5K - 2023."
This race is hosted by YMCA of Southwest Florida with the generous support of Wellen Park!
We will begin the race in the new downtown area, run around the lake and finish downtown where you will find food, beverage, music and tons of fabulous prizes! Bring your friends, family and favorite Dog running buddy too, all welcome to this family friendly event.

Donate all your used sneakers by delivering them to YMCA of Southwest Florida. We are collecting for "Got Sneakers" an organization dedicated to reducing waste and delivering affordable footwear.

Overall, Youth (14 & Under), Masters (40+), Grand Masters (50+), Senior Grand Masters (60+) & Veteran Master (70+).
Age group awards
Awards will be given 3 deep starting at 10 & under and going to 80+
$5.00 discount applies for local running and triathlon clubs. Only one discount can be used.
$15.00 entry for kids 10 and under, club discount does not apply.
