YMCA of Southwest Florida Names Dave Wampler, Director Emeritus and Welcomes New Board Member, Kim Amontree VENICE, Florida – YMCA of Southwest Florida honored Dave Wampler and his decades of service to the Y’s mission by naming him Director Emeritus. YMCA of Southwest Florida also unanimously elected Kim Amontree to join the Board of Directors.

 For the first time, Englewood SKY Academy has a waiting list for sixth- and seventh-graders at the charter school. SKY Academy Principal John Bailey said the school year ended with 260 and begins Wednesday with more than 330 on the campus at 871 South River Road in Englewood.
