NEW YORK & MIAMI – July 22, 2021 – The Parkinson’s Foundation today announced the recipients of more than $2.2 million in community grants for Parkinson’s programs across the country. Community grants support local health, wellness and educational programs that address unmet needs in the Parkinson’s disease (PD) community.

VENICE – The SKY Family YMCA will both change its name to the YMCA of Southwest Florida and adopt north Sarasota County, as part of its overall service area, which already includes the area from Venice south to Bonita Springs, as well as Manatee County.
February 26, 2021 – The SKY Family YMCA has announced that it has reached a management agreement with the Manatee YMCA. Gene T. Jones, President and CEO of The SKY Family YMCA, will lead both organizations' operations.
